FROST CANOPY RELEASE & LINK

The primary user of the Frost Release is the worldwide community of F-16 fighter aircraft, as well as the U.S. Air Force B-1 and B-2. Additionally it is used on many other aircraft including the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System, (JPATS), the AIDC F-CK-1, the Turkish F-5 and the Korean T-50.
Operates with less than 35 lbs. (15.9 kg) applied force
- Releases easily even when pilot is being:
 - dragged across ground
 - dragged through water
- Compatible with UWARS (Universal Water Activated Release System)
- Rated for maximum load of 8,500 lbs. (3856 kg)
- Currently in use with United States and foreign Air Forces equipped with the F-16
- Easily retro-fitted to most ejection seat mounted and backpack parachutes
- Conforms to military specification: MIL-Q-87152 (USAF)
- Use with ACES II Ejection Seat and PCU-15/P Harness
